    Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. All physical products are fulfilled by Printful, and shipping is carried out by DHL and other global carriers depending on your delivery location.

    SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Your content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to meet technical requirements. Credit card info is always encrypted.

    You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission from us.

    SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
    We do our best to ensure the information on this site is accurate, but we are not liable if any content is not complete, current, or error-free. Use the site at your own discretion and verify important decisions through additional sources.

    We make no guarantees that the quality of any products, services, or information will meet your expectations.

    SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT ACCURACY
    We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order. You agree to provide current and accurate payment and shipping information. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as orders may enter fulfilment immediately via Printful.

    SECTION 7 – FULFILMENT & SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
    All physical products are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, a third-party production partner. Orders are produced on-demand and typically ship within a few business days.

    Shipping is handled by DHL and other third-party logistics partners. Shipping times vary by location and global logistics conditions.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Delays once an order leaves our fulfilment partner

    • Customs or import taxes

    • Lost or stolen packages

    • Damage during transit

    We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues, but shipping and logistics concerns may be subject to third-party policies.

    SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
    We may offer access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should ensure you understand and accept their respective terms.

    At FailPrint, everything is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted partners (Printful for production and DHL for shipping). Because of this, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations — but we’ll always work with you if there’s an issue with your order.

    Returns & Exchanges
    As all products are made to order and inventory is limited, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@failprint.com . Be sure to include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

    We’ll investigate and make things right.

    Order Changes & Cancellations
    Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production — sometimes within minutes. That means we can’t cancel or modify orders once they’ve been confirmed.

    If you made a mistake or have a concern, email us immediately at support@failprint.com and we’ll do our best to help, depending on production status.

    International Orders
    We ship internationally via DHL and other partners. Please note:

    • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

    • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.

    • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

    We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure what to expect.
