I got tired of stuff that “almost” worked.
You know the feeling - the coffee machine that can’t handle a proper mug, the notebook that looks pristine but never gets opened, the “clever” gadgets that quietly annoys you every single day.
Marketing tells us these objects are perfect. Reality says otherwise.
So I stopped consuming and started fixing.
In my Singapore studio, armed with an iPad, two Bambu Lab printers, and a stubborn refusal to hide the mess, I began prototyping solutions the honest way. Most designers show only the shiny final version. We film the failures.
Because failure isn’t the opposite of success. It’s the raw material. Every broken print, every dumb idea that died in testing — it’s all useful, ugly, glorious data.
Errare discare.

The Nespresso Essenzo Mini was clearly designed by people who’ve never tried using a normal-sized mug without flooding the counter.
We fixed that.

PROCESS
This is where the chaos happens.
No mood boards. No perfect renders. No pretending the first version worked.
In the studio I sketch a concept, fire up the 3D printers, and start printing. Most things break, warp, or just plain suck on the first try. Sometimes the second and third too. I film it all — the fails, the fixes, the “why the hell did I think that would work” moments.
Every broken print is data. Every redesign is progress. Every final piece that actually works feels like a small victory.

Our process isn’t pretty, but it’s honest. It’s how we turn everyday annoyances into stuff that finally works.
